Possibly: Excess weight can negatively impact your fertility in multiple ways, including your egg quality, your ovulatory function, and your risk of miscarriage, amongst others. If you have been trying to conceive for two years, it probably makes sense to see your doctor or fertility specialist to investigate further. Good luck!
