Be patient: Inability to conceive depends on several factors . You did not mention how long you have been trying to conceive. You are just one year old don't lose hope and don't sound so disappointed. If you are concerned you should consult a physician for fertility workup which include both husband and wife. Low testosterone can be a factor but sperm count and viability which is more important in males.

Maybe. : Depends on his sperm count. Hcg or clomiphene/clomid may help him.
