No: Early pregnancy usually has no symptoms, though you may feel very "premenstrual" - lower abdominal aching cramps, sore breasts. You should be seen by a medical provider if you are having severe pain. There are many things that could be causing your symptoms - bladder or vaginal infection for the burning and vaginal discomfort. Even an ectopic pregnancy for the pain.
