If you were afraid u were coming down with bacterial bronch or pneumonia which would you use zmax or omnicef (cefdinir)? please, no lectures about seeing an md. i just need an answer. please.

Depends a lot on med: Ical history including allergies, etc. If you have any allergies to erthromycin meds, then Omnicef (cefdinir) would be better, provided you don't have allergies to that group of meds. This is not a lecture, but you better see your pcp for it. Anyway you'll need a prescription for them, as without a script you cannot obtain them.
