Yes: I'm so sorry you are suffering with a sinus infection. In general, if you are not better in 3-5 days with an antibiotic, you should inform your doctor. For sinusitis, your recovery can happen faster if you move with old mucus out with neti pot sinus rinse from the drugstore.

Wait 10 days: You should wait for about 10 days of treatment . If you are getting worse, call. If you are the same or slightly better, give it more time. Use nasal saline, mucinex, (guaifenesin) and continue flonase. Obviously, continue antibiotic.
