Orthopedics issue: The best diagnostic test of choice is a shoulder mri. You also need a good orthopedic surgeon. Your best best is to find a specialist where you live and request an mri.

More info needed: Have you had x-ray and or mri? Have you been to your family doctor, orthopedic surgeon or physiotherapist? At your age if you play a lot of sports you could have injured your rotator cuff. You could also be having referred pain to your shoulder from another part of you anatomy. Don;t be discouraged. See one of the perople i mentioned and be patient. Shoulder problems take a while to cure.

Time for MRI: And in orthopedics referral. If you have not yet seen an orthopedic surgeon, i recommend that you do so. You definitely will need an MRI to find the underlying cause. Please insist on these interventions or simply set up an orthopedics appointment yourself. Best wishes and i hope that the cause is found and that you get relief as we head into this upcoming blessed holiday season.

Right shoulder pain?: I don't know whether you've been seen by a GI specialist in those 9 visits, but gall bladder issues can cause shoulder pain in some people. Please follow your diet carefully and see whether you notice any difference with fatty foods vs others. You may need some additional studies beyond what has been done so far. At 16, gall bladder problems are not so common, but not impossible.
