Please Clarify: I am sure you are frustrated. But, you used the most ambiguous word in medicine: 'headaches' without any context, list of symptoms or your medical problems. There is nothing here on which to even begin to offer support. In general it sounds like you need to see your physician or a head ache specialist to solve this.

I have been having headaches from 2005 if not earlier, i was advised to wear glasses & since then i have been wearing them but still getting headaches, been to different GPs where i am told its stress and i get meds for them but they not helping.
