Supplements: Passion flower, valerian ; chamomile may help w anxiety. St john's wort can be used for anxiety. Acupuncture can be effective in treatment of both conditions.

Depression: St.John's wort can be used for mild depression as well as the omega-3's. Aerobic exercise is quite effective for mild to moderate depression if done 4 to 6 times a week for 40 plus minutes in your target zone, being a little breathy. Best.
