I have panic attacks over wasps, what to do?

Specific phobia: When a person has an overwhelming, irrational fear (phobia) regarding a specific object, animal, etc. -- it is a specific phobia. Your fear of wasps can improve with treatment. Making an appointment with a therapist is the first step to getting the help you need to overcome this problem. Often a technique called graded exposure can help to alleviate the issue, but other options are available too.

Agree with Dr Altman: For Phobias consider Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Behavior Therapy, Psychotherapy, Exposure therapy (imaginal exposure therapy, systematic desensitization, flooding, prolonged exposure therapy, in vivo exposure therapy) or hypnosis as possible options.
