Migraine with cold sensation in one side of neck, what's wrong?

Autonomic feature: During the headache phase of the migraine the systemic symptoms are: blurry vision, diarrhea, abdominal cramps, polyuria, pallor of the face, stiffness and tenderness of the neck, and sweating. Cold sensation is a part of the autonomic features.
