Call your doc: Too many possibilities, have you had elevations in your liver blood test, if not drawn, that is next. Yes liver failure can cause all of those things but so can 500 other things. Liver enlargement is diagnosed in many ways some accurate some not. This might be serious or not call you md and sort this out, and take the worry off your mind.
