Broad question: Hard to give a helpful answer here, I'm afraid. Is it truly the immune system? Is it increased exposure to viruses? Or perhaps chronic allergies driving continued congestion and secondary sinusitis and/or cough from asthmatic bronchitis? You need ongoing evaluation and treatment from an experienced, articulate provider. If help needed, see an allergist-immunologist for allergy and immunology w/u.
