Poor Control: If you have severe, poorly controlled eczema people might look at your skin and think something is wrong. If you want to get your skin healthy again, I would suggest seeing and Allergist or Dermatologist in order to get your eczema under better control so people stop annoying you about it. In the meantime moisturize daily with a fragrant-free moisturizer like Vanicream. Good luck.
