See your doctor: Eczema is a life long condition that needs to be followed by your doc. She will start you on a regiman that will let you keep it under control since this can erupt in so many areas of the body and cause so much distress. It usually flares when anxious or under stress and you may need therapy to include coping skills as well as prescriptions for your skin.
