How come i have a dry nose and i can't breath normal?

Crusting: At your age, you should not have a dry nose. Assuming you are not taking otc nasal sprays or recreational nasal drugs, there are several possibilities. Crusting or dried up mucus, deviated septum, hypertrophic turbinates are but a few. See an ENT doctor for a specific diagnosis. In the meantime, use warm salt water irrigations for some relief.
