Some thoughts...: Changed sensitivity to temperatures could be due to decrease in body fat (if you have recently lost weight); alcohol consumption (alcohol can change the body's thermoregulation capacity); changes in thyroid function (the thyroid is a gland at the base of the neck, responsible for many aspects of metabolism); or dietary changes (high protein diets slightly increase body temperature).
