What to do incase of an asthma attack?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Rescue inhaler: Take your rescue inhaler (albuterol, proair, ventolin, xopenex) 2-6 puffs if you're having an attack. You can give it up to three times, 20 minutes apart, but if your symptoms do not improve, you should immediately go see a doctor for further evaluation. If your attacks are frequent, schedule a visit to your physician who can recommend maintenance medications to alleviate your symptoms.
