Not related...: Antihistamine can decrease bladder contracting ability so its use in the elderly may make some developing urinary retention. Such situation mislead some people to think antihistamine makes prostate enlarged, that is, not true, but further impairing bladder ability to squeeze urine out of bladder through the already narrowing prostate urethra.
