What can be causing my kid to keep getting strep throat and how should i deal?

Verified ???: If your kid has recurrent positive strep tests with or without symptoms s/he may be a carrier.If so elimination is hard and may require 2 step treatment and or identifying another family source and treating them at the same time.If a confirmatory test is not done it may not be strep.Working with your doc and an infectious disease doc to sort it out.
