There are: many, but the OTC ones don't cause any weight loss except in your wallet. Prescription drugs can help with weight loss, but only while you're taking them. You need to develop a plan for the rest of your life, including eating less and exercising more. It takes burning off 3500 calories that you don't take in to lose a pound.
