Not Recommended: It is not a good idea to take a diuretic for wieight loss when you take diurex you are going to loose body water and you may feel you have lost weight, but all you have lost is body water. The real weight loss comes from loosing body fat and that can only happen the hard way by eating less and right type of food and exercise weight loss with diurex is temporary and artficial and can be dangerous.

No: They just cause water to diurese. It will return to your system when you drink fluids again.
