The trigger : A variety of external and internal factors can trigger a migraine attack in certain individuals who may have a genetic or neurochemical predisposition to migraine. In approximately 10% of migraineurs, food can trigger an attack. (cheese, alcohol (particularly red wine), chocolate, foods containing msg, sugar and sugar substitute used in equal, just to name a few).
