Migraine: Migraines are not usually associated with diarrhea. Although drugs like Imitrex (sumatriptan) can cause it.

Migraine: Is almost a diagnosis of exclusion in this setting. If you have migraines, and this headache is typical, it might be that, but diarrhea would be a rather unusual symptom in that case, so you might have another reason for the headache and nausea, food poisoning might be one explanation. Please see a practitioner.
