i'm concerned because the flour and get near to the cats give me this itches. i can't take it anymore and i can't stop scratching, could this be an allergic reaction?

Allergy Testing: Exposure to flowers and cats can very well be secondary to allergies. You could find this out by evaluation by an allergist.
