Likely nothing: Doses of up to 20 mg of zyrtec (cetirizine) per day for the treatment of urticaria, have been well studied. Taking 3 pills, or 30 mg, will likely just cause increased somnolence.

Not toxic: But may make you drowsy and may over dry nasal passages.
