What happens if i took 2 zyrtec (cetirizine) pills instead of 1 as directed within 24 hrs?

Not to worry: Probably nothing except for the potential for increased drowsiness, but i wouldn't recommend making a habbit of taking that dose. One tablet a day is the typical adult dose.
