DON'T!: The maximum clinical dose of Zyrtec (cetirizine) is 10mg per day. 50mg is therefore 5X the recommended daily dose! You will most likely be fine if you did, you should call the Poison control # and drink a lot of fluids,..but if you make a habit of it you run the risk of damaging your liver. In a 2 year study of rats that were given higher doses of Zrytec it revealed increased Liver tumors in the those rats!
