Evaluation: 48y female has generalized body pain. If a general medical evaluation is unrevealing, then fibromyalgia would be a consideration. If this becomes the case, then a Rheumatologist should be consulted; not only for diagnosis but also for treatment. Another valuable resource would be an Osteopath; usually skillful in diagnosis of soft tissue disorders.
