Low back pain : Low back pain is related to both activity and musculoskeletal structural anatomical considerations. You should get an exam from an orthopaedic surgeon in clinic. Rest is good. No heavy lifting, learn proper lifting technique. Hot showers to the area, low back school. Once pain evaluated PT & exercises,medicine, local injections, surgery. Don't smoke. Back pain: Keep the proper posture as much as possible, stting straight with the normal curves and shoulders curved back. Learn some back muscle strengthening exercises as it is probably muscle related problem. If pain persist get xrays to rule out any structural problems
