Chronic Cough: There are several common causes of chronic cough in the pediatric age range. Diagnoses range from pulmonary (ie: asthma) to GI (ie: reflux), and others. A thorough history and exam is the vital 1st step in determining the cause. Only then can the correct treatment be recommended. I suggest begining with your pediatrican and taking it from there.
