Second hand smoke: can be a serious risk factor for individuals who are particularly sensitive to tobacco smoke (those with asthma and allergies), but depending on how much of it you are exposed to, can increase your chances of respiratory and cardiac problems related to smoking, including cancer. If it is their house, you can't stop them, but can install smoke-eaters and perhaps get them to reduce their smoking.
