I know smoking around newborn wasn't good. however, if i work in smoking area like bar everyday, is the smell got on my clothes bad for the baby when i hold him?

To some degree: The particulate and irritant material in smoke will adhere to your clothing & hair. Any exposure to a baby without first changing clothes/showering will increase their frequency of respiratory illness and other issues.
