Second opinion: If your brother has stage 4 brain cancer, you should get an opinion from a neurosurgeon. If he lives in southeast texas, you can consider md anderson cancer center. If he lives, closer to dallas, you can consider other hospitals like ut southwestern and baylor dallas. I would go to a hospital with a well-known reputation in neurosurgery but don't delay - these tumors are very aggressive.
