Yes: As background, 90% of patients labelled as penicillin allergic are not. If one is labelled as pcn allergic then they should have pcn skin testing done to confirm or refute this diagnosis. In general if one is confirmed to be penicillin allergic then they are at greater risk than the general population to react to Amoxicillin thus they should avoid Amoxicillin as well.
