i got a cyst removed earlier today, now the incision itches but doesn't hurt. what can i do about it?

Leave it alone!: Try to not itch the area, especially for the next few days as the wound heals. You could try taking some Benedryl. Sometimes scratching around the surgical area but not on the surgical area helps too. Call your doctor before putting any kind of cream or lotion on it.
