NO: According to some sources, the sensitivity of the mcmurray test for medial meniscus tears is 53% and the specificity is 59%. The best test know is the mri.The show the buckett handle tear which defer than medial displacement.

Maybe: A bucket handle tear means that a strip of meniscal cartilage, usually still attached at the front and back, is displaced and can move back and forth like moving a bucket handle. Displace cartilage can be a bucket handle, a flap if attached at one end, or a free fragment. Parts of the cartilage can also be displaced out of the joint in patients with joint narrowing. The best study is an MRI.
