Probably: This problem gives us in primary care fits! studies have shown that people with this diagnosis are as fit as people 1 year out with or without surgery.You will feel better sooner with arthroscopy but at greater expense.Your call.

Probably: Obviously you are referring to an MRI result it the patient is symptomatic by symptoms and exam, they will likely undergo arthroscopic .Evaluation and potential menisectomy as recently as last week i performed an arthroscopy on a patient with firm physical findings but vague MRI findings one must put the whole pic together and do whatever is necessary to get the patient better.
