Should be no effect: Most persons with HIV do not even know they are infected. Most not infected with HIV do not know if the person next to them has HIV or not. This means that we should consider all persons as potential infectious unless we know their status. That means protection at all times: condoms, no sharing needles, don't put yourself in a situation where you may be at risk (drugs/alcohol). Be smart!
