Safely: Use condoms for intercourse, and especially for anal or vaginal intercourse when the hiv+ partner is 'on top.' it's safest if the partner is being treated and has an undetectable viral load. If you're having sex with untreated partners or with multiple partners, consider pre-exposure prophylaxis (prep), especially if you're not consistently using condoms.

LIving with HIV: Most humans with HIV are still alive, thriving with their infection and living as other humans do. This includes being in relationships. If you are partnering or having sex with a person with HIV then there are good practices to get into the habit with such as using barrier protection such as condoms for intercourse. If you meant something else please ask again.
