Start with visit: I would write down the things that make you consider this including time of onset & any aggravating factors. Then schedule a visit with your doc. If this is consistent with CD, any primary care doc can order the relevant screening tests on your blood. If this comes back a possibility s/he may refer you for more tests with a GI doc. Just assuming you are & self treating can miss important issues.
