It depends: Colorado does have fewer of certain allergens. However, the allergens that CO does have get blown around more easily due to the dry dusty conditions. Of note, dust mite levels do decrease if you reside above 3000 ft altitude. So it depends on what you are allergic to. Some people's allergies are better in Colorado and others are worse.
