Neck pain/headaches: Neck pain is usually muscular in origin, although there may be an underlying cause that starts the muscle pain. Anyway, the posterior neck muscles attach to the skull and so you can feel the pain in the back of the head. Additionally, the frontalis muscle also gets irritated and can cause frontal headaches associated with neck issues. See neurologist to make sure you do not have some other issue.
