May not be serious: It depends on several things: how large are they? The larger they are the more concerning. Are they tender? If so, they are probably from infection or inflammation, rather than cancer. Enlarged, non-tender lymph nodes in the neck which don't go away are cause for concern and should be sampled with a needle biopsy which can be done with ultrasound guidance.
