I need some help please! why is my nose dry and stuffed up everyday?

The dryness can be from not drinking enough fluid or the heating/air-conditioning in your house causing the air to be too dry. Being stuffed up likely is from allergies or even a reaction to the dryness or it can be from silent acid reflux causing a nasal response.
