Prosthodontist: A prosthodontist goes at least two extra years in dental school to become more proficient in learning and constructing dentures and other removable and fixed dentures, bridges, crowns, etc. There are many dentists out there that are very good at prosthodontics, but a prosthodontist is specifically specialized.
