Crest whitestrips: They work well for younger adults with minimal darkness to their teeth. For older, heavily stained teeth, professional dentist supplied whitening treatment (in-office zoom! or take home trays) works the best. I have found the great results with kor system which, costs more, includes 2 in-office treatments and very well constructed take home trays. A well designed system.

Home whitening: The best system for whitening your teeth at home is dentist supplied tray whitening. When used properly, the gel gets into and whitenens all of the nooks and crannies. Whitening strips work well but only whiten the areas of the teeth that they touch...Usually only the flat areas, leaving dark areas between the teeth.
