Tongue fasciculation: The differential diagnosis for this condition if your description and my interpretation are correct is the following: motor neuron disease, pachymeningitis, muscular dystrophy, cn xii lesion, and other causes for lower brainstem dysfunction. Please see your doctor to sort out this info and guide your treatment if necessary. Happy holidays and well wishes.

Fasciculations: Tongue twitching could be fasciculations of the muscle. This should be evaluated to be sure it is not associated with other medical conditions.
