Whiter teeth: cataazzh, If I were 18 again I would do several things different and one of them would be to take better care of my teeth. Teeth normally yellow over time but at 18 I would think that you can have whiter teeth. You should brush at least twice a day and don't drink coffee or smoke cigarettes. See your dentist for regular checkups and they may have other suggestions for you. Good luck!

Normal?: Paper-white teeth are not normal. Have your Dentist evaluate. Slight amount of color at age 18 perfectly normal. Extensive discoloration may have multiple causes.

Whiter teeth: Start with a professional dental cleaning and a consultation. Options range from whitening toothpastes for minor changes to whitening strips to dentist fabricated custom trays with whitening gels for whitening teeth. Your own dentist can recommend what he/she thinks is most appropriate for you.
