A member asked:

If you constantly bite your teeth together or clench is bad for your teeth, will they eventually crack and fall out?

Not fall out: Teeth fall out due to loss of gingival and bone support. Clenching and grinding your teeth does cause cracks in your enamel, which if join together, can cause large parts of the tooth to break off. Teeth can also fracture vertically and then have to be extracted. Clenching/grinding can also cause the biting surfaces to wear down until only the dentin is remaining.
