Debatable!: Oldest doctors for the youngest patients? Are the oldest more experienced? Are they the most up to date? Are the oldest pt's more experienced? Are they the most up to date? There are fabulous your professionals just out of training who know far more about newer advances and treatment than some of the older ones. It is a trust issue and observation. If not treating well and concern, switch!
